MEET THE MAKER
Hey, I'm Morgann. I am the owner, designer, and maker behind A Well Worn Story. When I am not sitting at my sewing machine or punching holes in leather, you can find me hiking around white pines, riding my bike, hunting for antiques at flea markets, or sitting next to a lake somewhere in Wisconsin. I grew up in the Midwest and pull a lot of my color inspiration from the lakes, pines, and sandstone cliffs of the driftless region. I became passionate about the slow fashion movement while studying fashion design in London, and I knew someday I would start my own brand focused on sewing, natural fibers, and helping others through ethical consumption.
A Well Worn Story creates slow fashion essentials for everyday living. We tell stories by transforming vintage + reclaimed fabrics, natural fibers + dyes, and found objects into heirloom pieces. Our collection of durable bags, aprons, and home decor is inspired by my Midwest roots and a quality over quantity mindset. We encourage women to dream big, work with their hands, and tell their story. Each item is proudly made by my two hands in southern Wisconsin.
