What is your shipping policy?

 

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 days after date of payment for your product to be packaged and sent in the mail. This does not include made-to-order products whose turn around times are listed individually (usually 2-3 weeks). A Well Worn Story is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tracking information is provided by USPS. 

Each item is uniquely packaged in reclaimed brown paper. Each package is suitable for gifting. 

Products are currently shipped to locations within the United States only. If you are an interested customer who lives outside the U.S., please message me for an estimate!

What is you return policy? 

We want you to be happy with your order, so that you can use your A Well Worn Story goods for many years (and hopefully hand them down to the next generation!) We do our best to photograph and accurately describe each item in its listing. If the item you receive is as described, but not what you wanted, we will gladly accept returns. 

Products must be returned within five days after the item is received by the buyer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The returned item must be in its original condition without any signs of use. Please include the original tags and packaging with the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. This process takes time, so please be patient. 

Working with vintage and reclaimed materials can be unpredictable. Many of the materials we use are old, and therefore may contain markings and/or signs of aging from its previous life. I encourage each potential customer to carefully view each item's photographs before purchasing. Please be aware flaws in the material do not qualify your product as damaged. If the product you receive is some how structurally damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving the item.

If something structurally happens to your product after using, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to make repairs, so you can continue to love your purchase for a lifetime!

 

How do I order wholesale?

At this time, I only offer wholesale on our small leather products. If you are interested in those items, please use the contact form and I will send you a price list. Thanks for your interest!

Do you take custom orders? 

I do! I love turning your loved ones flannel shirt, denim jeans, or canvas jacket into a keepsake. If interested, please use the contact form to get in touch! I will then send you a custom order price list.
